$160 - $210 for One-Story home 3001-4000 Sq Ft
$170 - $230 for One-Story home 4001-5000 Sq Ft

$150 - $220 for Two-Story home 0-4000 Sq Ft
$170 - $240 for Two-Story home 4001-4500 Sq Ft
$180 - $260 for Two-Story home 4501-5000 Sq Ft

$200 - $300 for Two-Story home 5501-6000 Sq Ft
$250 - $350 for Two-Story home 6001-7000 Sq Ft
I limit measurements to homes 7000 Sq Ft and under.
Fee includes round-trip drive, measurement of all levels of home, computer input, generation of appraiser certified document, and document delivery via email.
There is no additional fee for measuring attached/detached Garages or Carports, and typically only a minimal additional fee for measuring a Guest House or Guest Quarters.
Fee can be paid by Check, Paypal (Mail@EricBiskamp.Com), Venmo (Eric-Biskamp), Chase QuickPay or Cash ($10 discount given) . Payment is expected at the time of measurement, or within 7 days if Client is away. Result can only be owned/utilized if full payment is made.
More than 80% of homes are larger than Tax Records indicate, and even a foot or two can make a measurement worth it, yet most often there is much much more!
